About Ann

Ann Gardner is a fifth generation Texan from Abilene. Her family has deep roots in the ranching industry dating back more than 125 years in West Texas and New Mexico. Ann graduated from St. Stephen’s Episcopal School in Austin and received her BBA from Southern Methodist University with a major in marketing. Ann is dedicated to growing her real estate business through solid market knowledge, providing outstanding service to her customers, and building a referral base of satisfied clients. She has a keen interest in ecology and green building programs, as well as technology and Internet marketing. Ann’s philosophy of doing business is to treat others the way she wants to be treated and to provide a level of expertise and service that is second to none.
